🔒 Privacy & Security

The EVEDAYS Notepad operates 100% on the client side. All note data is stored exclusively in your browser's local storage (localStorage) and is never transmitted to any server. This makes it ideal for handling sensitive information such as personal notes, temporary password records, or idea organization. However, please note that clearing your browser data may also delete your notes. We recommend using the TXT export feature to back up important notes separately.

Q. My notes disappeared. How do I recover them? A. If you cleared your browser cache or local storage, recovery is not possible. Always use TXT export for important notes. Q. Can I view my notes on another device? A. Local storage is only accessible from the same browser/device. To use notes on another device, export them as TXT and transfer manually. Q. Is there a limit on the number of notes? A. You can use it freely within the local storage capacity (typically ~5MB). Hundreds of short notes can be stored without issues. Tips: • Use it for quick note-taking during meetings. • Temporarily store one-time passwords or codes. • Great for drafting blog posts or organizing ideas.
